Policies

• LIABILITY & RISK

Everyone entering the studio must complete a liability waiver before accessing the space. No one under the age of 18 is permitted inside the studio unless prior written approval has been granted by Uncensored Studios.

• ZERO TOLERANCE: DRUGS & ALCOHOL

Illegal drugs and unauthorized controlled substances are strictly prohibited on the property. Anyone found using, possessing, or under the influence of illegal substances will be required to leave immediately without refund. Alcohol is prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted by Uncensored Studios.

• SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, marijuana, and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the studio and within 100 feet of the building. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional cleaning fees.

• NO FOOD OR DRINK

Only water in a sealed container is permitted inside the studio. Food, coffee, soda, energy drinks, alcoholic beverages, and other drinks should remain outside of the studio sets unless approved by a staff member.

• NO PETS

Pets are not permitted inside the studio without prior written approval. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and must remain under the owner's control at all times.

• START & END ON TIME

Your reservation time includes load-in, setup, production, hair and makeup, breakdown, cleaning, and load-out. The studio must be completely vacated by your scheduled end time. Overtime is billed at $75 per hour or any portion thereof and is subject to studio availability.

• LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT

Please keep all clothing, cases, equipment, props, and personal belongings in the designated staging and makeup area when not in use. Do not place equipment, bags, or personal belongings on the white podcast chairs or decorative furniture.

• CLEAN UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Please dispose of all trash, wipe up spills, re-hang the audio cable, return furniture and props to their original locations, and leave the studio in the same condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $200.

• RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS

Please keep music, voices, and all audio at a respectful volume. Excessive noise or repeated complaints from neighboring businesses may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

• KEEP THE ENTRY DOOR CLOSED

For the safety and security of everyone inside the building, the main studio door must remain closed at all times. Unless otherwise instructed by a staff member, the door should remain unlocked while the studio is occupied.

• DO NOT ADJUST THE AIR CONDITIONING

The studio temperature is monitored by staff. If you need the studio to be warmer or cooler, please notify a staff member and we will gladly make the adjustment for you.

• NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, OR MESSY MATERIALS

Glitter, confetti, powder, flour, chalk, sand, dirt, mud, fake snow, loose flower petals, body paint, fake blood, slime, wax, oil, spray paint, aerosols, and any material that may create excessive cleanup or permanently damage the studio are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250 plus any additional restoration costs.

• NO FIRE, SMOKE, OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Open flames, candles, incense, sparklers, fireworks, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, haze machines, fog machines, dry ice effects, compressed gases, flammable liquids, hazardous chemicals, and explosive materials are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing before your reservation.

• PROTECT OUR SETS

Shoes are not permitted on the black painted Mood Set. Socks or bare feet are required. A minimum cleaning fee of $75 will be charged if this policy is violated.

Please do not drag furniture across the floor, lean props against painted walls, or attach anything to walls, ceilings, furniture, windows, or equipment using nails, screws, staples, glue, tape, command strips, or adhesives without prior approval.

• FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT

Please handle all furniture, props, lighting, and equipment with care. If furniture needs to be moved, lift it rather than dragging it. All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original locations before your reservation ends.

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Only the number of guests included in your reservation may be inside the studio. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

• PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Uncensored Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or securely stored in your vehicle.

• SECURITY

The studio is monitored and recorded by security cameras 24 hours a day for the safety of our guests, staff, and property. Cameras may not be covered, disconnected, moved, or tampered with for any reason. Security cameras are never located inside restrooms or designated changing areas.

• STAFF ASSISTANCE

A member of the Uncensored Studios team may be on-site during your reservation to answer questions, assist with studio operations, and ensure all policies are being followed.

• RIGHT TO TERMINATE

Uncensored Studios reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation, without refund, if any guest violates studio policies, damages property, creates unsafe conditions, engages in illegal activity, exceeds occupancy limits, or fails to follow staff instructions.

• EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Cancelation Policies

• BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Once your reservation is confirmed, your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

• CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund less a 5% payment processing fee.

Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable.

• RESCHEDULING

Reservations may be rescheduled one (1) time if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time. New reservation dates must be selected within three (3) months of the original booking date and are subject to studio availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the reservation are not permitted.

• NO-SHOWS

Failure to arrive for your scheduled reservation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

• STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

Uncensored Studios reserves the right to cancel or terminate any reservation without refund if the client violates any studio policies, provides false information during booking, exceeds occupancy limits, engages in illegal or unsafe activity, or creates unsafe conditions for staff or guests.

• FORCE MAJEURE

If Uncensored Studios is unable to provide the reserved space due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, building emergencies, natural disasters, government orders, or other unforeseen events, the Company's liability shall be limited to rescheduling the reservation or issuing a refund of the rental fees paid, at the Company's discretion.

• CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Uncensored Studios shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or other expenses related to the Entity's clients, guests, vendors, productions, or events resulting from a canceled or interrupted reservation.
